The dust generated in hot rolling processes of steel mills, including steel plate hot rolling lines, ribbed steel bar and wire rod hot rolling lines, and seamless steel pipe hot rolling lines, contains oil and water. Traditional wet electrostatic precipitators have difficulty achieving ultra-low emission standards, while bag filters or cartridge filters cannot operate under conditions of wet and sticky dust.
HERDING Sinter-plater filter systems have excellent oil and water repellency, can operate long-term, stably and reliably under sticky dust conditions, and can achieve ultra-low emissions.
